$10 Holiday Wine Tasting

Breaking from their short tradition of six tastings of wine for $10, CataVinos will pour tastes of eight wines--all costing $10 or less per bottle--on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 23 and 24, from 4 to 8 p.m. The tasting costs $10, or $8 if you buy a bottle of wine to go. This intimate midtown boite is quickly becoming a popular place for wine aficionados; located at 3063 N. Alvernon Way; 323-3063.

Village Inn

Check out the Village Inn Web site to find the nearest of the four Tucson-area locations.

Breakfast at Ghini's

If you're like me, the weekends are for sleeping in, and you don't want any restrictions on when breakfast is served. Ghini's French Caffe is now serving weekend breakfast all day, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays, at 1803 E. Prince Road; 326-9095.
