Ari Aho
Ari Aho is a native Tucsonan. He started working for The Rock in 2002, and is now a general manager. Happily married with three children, he keeps himself extra-busy with his autoglass distribution and printing companies.

What was the first concert you attended?
The Beach Boys at Reid Park. It was a free show put on by Cool 92.9.
What are you listening to these days?
Honestly on NPR, I hear so much music both good and bad that when I turn on the radio—if I turn on the radio, I generally just try and catch the current events.
What was the first album you owned?
Eminem, The Slim Shady LP. Everyone loves an angry white guy, right?
What artist, genre or musical trend does everyone seem to love, but you just don't get?
Screamo, screamcore, crunkcore—it sounds like kids screaming/complaining to their parents about not getting their way.
What musical act, current or defunct, would you most like to see perform live?
Probably Outkast, just for nostalgia purposes. Played the CD until it was melted into the CD player.
What is your favorite guilty pleasure?
Blowing shit up, but ammo is expensive and I don't have much spare time these days.
What song would you like to have played at your funeral?
I can't think of any one song to define my life or death. Hopefully people will want to just get drunk and party, then they pick a play list to suit the moment.
Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?
There are several albums that come to mind but I keep coming back to Sublime's self-titled album. I can listen to every song from end to end; it's great for the club as well. It doesn't matter if it's a metal or a hip hop concert—everyone sings the words to every song.
