What was the first concert you ever saw?

I have no idea, but the first concert I remember as a little kid was Aerosmith and Guns N' Roses, way back in the day.

What CDs are in your changer right now?

I'm an MP3 guy. I like the iPod; they're more convenient. When I go on tour, I listen to so much music that I don't want to listen to music when I relax. I'm listening to the new Nine Inch Nails and Machine Head, and rap at the gym.

How many total albums do you own (CDs, vinyl, cassettes, 8-tracks)?

(More than) 10,000 without a question! On my external hard drive, I have well over 19,000 songs.

Do you download music, and if so, legally or illegally?

Yes (on the first) and no (on the second).

What was the first album you owned?

Again, that's something I can't remember. The first cassette tapes were Beastie Boys, Licensed to Ill, and Slayer, Reign in Blood.

What song would you like to have played at your funeral?

I don't know. ... I'd probably do something funny like play glam at first, and then something else off the wall. Maybe I'd start with Alice in Chains and Nine Inch Nails, and go off the wall from there.

Musically speaking, what do you love that your friends don't know about? What's your favorite guilty pleasure?

When I'm at home, I rock out to a lot of pop music, Top 40, hip-hop and R&B stuff--that would throw most people off.

What band or artist changed your life, and how?

I would say Nine Inch Nails, because I'm really impressed with the music and marketing campaign Trent (Reznor) is doing for their new album. It makes me want to create a killer show.

Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?

Nine Inch Nails, The Downward Spiral.
