Lalo Guerrero. OK, so I'm picking up on him late--he's amazing.

Probably about 5,000. Actually, it's probably a lot more than that, but I've never attempted to count them.

Absolutely not--what fun is that?

Meet the Beatles.

What song would you like played at your funeral?

"Rumble"--the greatest instrumental ever.

Musically speaking, what do you love that your friends don't know about? What's your favorite guilty pleasure?

Jethro Tull, Wishbone Ash, Frank Zappa, Mandy Moore, Poco, Abba--I can think of even worse stuff.

What band or artist changed your life, and how?

Ray Davies, because he's a great songwriter.

Figurative gun to your head, what is your favorite album of all time?

Probably Pet Sounds, though that's such a stock answer. I'm sorry. Maybe I should say Wheels of Fire or Cold Hard Facts of Life.
