The National Association of Women Business Owners holds a member-connection breakfast at Viscount Suites (4855 E. Broadway Blvd.) from 8 to 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 28. $12 for members with reservations made by Thursday, July 23; $15 for nonmembers. $20 for members with reservations made after Thursday, July 23; $25 for nonmembers. A panel discussion featuring representatives from public, private, charter and religious education communities takes place at the Historic Manning House (450 W.
