How many "Top 20" chefs have you tried? I'd be interested in seeing what this reviewer thinks of other Tucson restaurants (this is the first I've read from this reviewer). Janos Wilder deserves the kudos and reputation mostly because his food is damned good but partly because he is an innovator. Perhaps this reviewer should stick with typical high end fare offered at other places around town- you know the mediocre, offerings you can get at other resort restaurants. Or maybe this reviewer is just a sad, sad person (like many critics) who hates everything and doesn't know the joy of a good bite if it bit him/her in the arse. If this person has eaten at Janos's foothills restaurant and doesn't agree that he's the best chef in Tucson (and indeed one of the best in America), then you can't trust anything this reviewer says.
