Mindfulness Practice

Mindfulness skills and meditative practices are taught from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., every Monday; from 6 to 7 p.m. every Thursday; and from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., every Wednesday, until April 27. $5 to $10 suggested donation. Call 730-5889, or visit for more information.
