Wonderful, this rockumentary fails to
really rock out, as it focuses on the
world’s premier metal band while they
undergo, yes, group therapy. If you’re
looking for the kind of
gasoline-and-tequila fueled antics that
made Metallica rock legends, then you’ve
come to the wrong movie. Unless you just
want to hear Metallica talk about how it
feels to be engaged in the kind of
gasoline-and-tequila fueled antics that
make someone a rock legend. Then
you’ve come to the right movie. In which
case, pull on your textured sweater, get a
big box of Kleenex, and let’s just try to hug
the hate away.
