Mesquite Milling at the Santa Cruz Farmers' Market
Learn an easy way to open mesquite pods and mill the seeds to use in cooking from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 17; free. Bring clean and dry mesquite pods to have them milled into flour. Free bike tune-ups, live music and children's activities also are featured. Call 882-3304 for more information.
