I don't think every woman needs to be a size zero but there are limits to "accepting" your body. What I mean is we shouldn't give ourselves excuses to be overweight and out of shape. Being unhealthy shouldn't be accepted.
I understand women and men may have issues losing weight or maintaining weight. That's okay, we are not all built the same. I am just saying for anyone who doesn't exercise and eat right and is obese or overweight saying I'm fine with my lifestyle is not right.
I had cancer and dropped down in weight to 112lbs, which is very thin for me. After remission, I gained back the weight and now am 190lbs. I am only 5'5 btw so I am definitely overweight. I eat poorly and don't exercise. I do not accept the way I look and struggle everyday to lose weight. One day I will get back to a healthy weight but I refuse to say "I live how I look due to my bad lifestyle choices."
