Re: “Shadow Wolves

I am a white lady who grew up on the Tohono O'odham reservation in the 70's and 80's, I went to middle school in Topowa, and I remember one afternoon, recess was cut short, before drug smugglers were dropping cocaine from a plane onto the playground. I now live in WhiteRiver Az, on the White Mtn. Apache Reservation, where drugs are a huge part of everyday life here, children are bringing drugs and alcohol to school everyday, because mexican drug smugglers are paying people's rent, in exchange for living accomodations in order to carry out their drug operations. If it takes creating a controversial immigration bill to FINALLY get some much needed attention to our illegal immigration issues, I'm all for it. I hope especially the Tohono O'odham people will get much needed help and assistance in their struggles. Does Arizona have your attention now, America?
