Clarification: Hunters Can Take Automatic Weapons, but Can't Hunt With Them
The article "Right-Wing Rule" (May 17) leaves the mistaken impression that new state legislation allows the use of automatic rifles with armor-piercing rounds for hunting.
Please note that using fully automatic weapons and armor-piercing rounds for hunting is and will continue to be illegal. Confusion may have arisen because new legislation does allow hunters to take any lawful weapon with them into the field. The legislative intent was apparently to provide for personal protection. Fully-automatic weapons, with a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives permit, and armor-piercing rounds, are legal to possess in Arizona. That does not mean, however, that they may be used for hunting.

Thank God, Jesse's gone. But what about all those people who voted for him? Did they just vote for him because they went to his church or were employed by his business? Did they vote for him because they didn't understand English? Did they vote for him because they liked to hear the mindless sound bites that he gave for answers?
Whatever the reason, THEY are still around!

I voted for him because of people like you, who need a Savior. Unfortunately, you're the one who's going to be clueless at the end! And by the way, I speak English very well, thank you. This state needs more Godly people in Congress. I am saddened that Mr. Kelly decided not to run again. God brought him here to make a difference for this state, but as always, when you are in such darkness, you just can't see the light. I can only pray we will have more Godly people who will run for Congress. May God continue to bless America.
