Living Healthy With Arthritis Conference

Dr. Richard Carmona, former Surgeon General of the U.S., gives the keynote speech, "Obesity: From Arthritis to Zoonoses, the Most Potent Accelerator of Chronic Disease," for a program of learning and socializing from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 25; $15, free for members of the Friends of the UA Arthritis Center. Other speakers include specialists in exercise and physical therapy, medications, aging, body image, exercise, intimacy and arthritis, geriatric orthopedics, joint replacement, spinal pain management and joint-pain management.
