Re: “Serraglio

I only wish there were more stories about the impact of so called "free trade" on these United States. Talk about job loss. I just bought a bottle of eye drops. Made in So. Africa! Before the abolishment of embargos I worked in a small manufacturing plant in Alhambra, So.Ca. We had 28 rivet making machines. We had to run three shifts daily to keep up on demands We made brake lining rivets, rivets for the just starting Mattel toy maker, etc. We had 28 employees who were makig a good wage and supporting a like number of dependents. All gone today to China and other foreign countries. Why? More money for the people that already rich!

Re: “Here's What the Eclipse Looked Like, If That's Your Thing

Beautiful. Caution though. I ruined my right eye when I was very young and looked at the 1934 solar eclipse and burnt my right eye permanently!! Be careful.....
