I bought one of her Groupons and we had a party of six scheduled for a Sunday morning. Guess what?? She never showed up!!! I contacted her by email and she was apologetic and said she would make it up to us. She offered us another class and this time we went to her shop. We got three day old dry cupcakes and used hand me down materials. She also promised us a gift certificate for each of us for 1/2 dozen large cupcakes. We filled out a post card with our names and address on them but never got anything mailed to us. I have contacted her THREE times by email (her phone is always full) and have not received a response. I am HIGHELY disappointed in this company and will NEVER EVER use their services <--- if you can even call them that..again. HORRIBLE service for a brand new company. I don't think this company will last long at all.
