Re: “Is Antisemitism Rising to the Threat Level?

And out of the wood work they crawl and comment here. While condemning a state based on religion, as they clamor for the US to be based on their religion, they forget the very reason the pilgrims fled from a state run religion. The very basis for this country is freedom of religion, of speech, of the right to over-throw a government that is not for the people, by the people. Bannon is the greatest evil to ever enter the WH, backed by the dark money of Koch Industries. The vile cabinet in the WH and the salesman front man backed by Russia, are actively and openly declaring war on America. The terrorists are in the WH, encouraging hate and praised by David Duke. These attacks are the work of Bannon and his backers to foment fear. Do not fear! Stand tall and firm! Vote to get checks and balances back into our government. Only we can be the ones to let this happen. Be the force that says, NO!

Re: “Justice Denied: McCain Says He'll Block Any and All of Clinton's Supreme Court Nominees

McCain is planning another four years of not doing his job, like all the others. I plan to start voting for congress members for a max of four years from now on. Obstructionism is the worst form of denying the people their voice and their vote. You, Sir, do not speak for me.

Re: “Conservative AZ Leaders to TUSD: 'Let's You and Him Fight'

TUSD has been mismanaged and the MAS program is not that important in the overall scheme of education. The AZ legalature is responsible for de-funding education in the ever expanding quest to privatize public endeavors, such as education. Tucson is my home town, and the policies of the Republican run state has been disportinate towards Tucson. I am proud of Tucson for maintaining it's flavor and uniqueness. Education funding and policy start at the top and our legislators have a D-.

Re: “McCain and Kirkpatrick Split on AZ Min Wage Prop

None of the raging fears of the right have ever materialized from minimum wage increases. Regardless of Neumark's premier status, minimum wages have been law for a long time now.

"Neumark found that putting a minimum wage into law severely hurts the poor by reducing their incomes."

Ridiculous and contrary to actual years of data.

Re: “ART's 'Epic' Fail

I have to say, the best play I've ever seen was UA students performing, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. I was completely blown away.

Re: “Charters Are Not Public Schools, Says the National Labor Relations Board

Charter schools are not public schools. Public means open to all students. Duh. Have a charter school tell you your child just doesn't fit their criteria, means it is a business.
