Oh, and anybody out there who thinks children of illegal immigrants born in the US are not citizens, well, as much as it might hurt, fact is, they are. And there is nothing you can do about it.
by the way, whats up with the people here who are supposed to be in favor of the rule of law and against anything that's illegal but at the same time support something that clearly violates the 4th amendment of the constitution. Basically by being in favor of this law you support the state doing something illegal yet claim to be against anything illegal. I dunno, but some people call it hypocrisy. The 4th amendment clearly states that people are protected from unreasonable search and seizures unless a warrant is issued for probable cause. Being brow is not a probable cause, and being stopped for being brown is very unreasonable. Which is exactly what this law encourages. Now, that is simply my personal opinion. Whoever when the courts strike it down for being unconstitutional (aka. ILLEGAL) I'd say it will say a lot about the anti anti illegal immigration movement and their blatant hypocrisy.

Those 27% you talk about, refers to NON-CITIZENS, not illegal immigrants NON-CITIZENS. Also that figure refers to FEDERAL PRISONS, not all prisons, only federal. The federal prison population being, of course, a small minority of the total prison papulation. Oh and good job citing FAIR, did your hear about their founder John Tanton and his links with openly racist groups such as the Pioneer fund. It is also well documented that his goals intentions are fighting Hispanic or otherwise Non-White immigration. Not Illegal.
