"How the Oreo Cookie Became Kosher" is at 7:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 4; and "The New. . .Kosher: The Ethical Treatment of Workers and Animals in Food Processing" is at noon, Saturday, Feb. 5, both at Temple Emanu-El (225 N.
