Jewish-Muslim Peace Walk 

When: Sun., March 6, 1:15 p.m. 2011
People of all faiths will walk, eat and pray together beginning at 1:15 p.m., Sunday, March 6. Participants gather at Congregation Or Chadash (3939 N. Alvernon Way) for refreshments and an opening ceremony, then walk two miles to Al Huda Islamic School (2800 E. River Road) for activities at 4:30 p.m., followed by multi-faith prayers and a meal at 6 p.m. Free. Transportation provided as needed between sites.
