Wow, this is great. Dance is the only kind of exercise I like but most exercise classes are just jumping around to the music. Here you get exercise and learn real dancing.

You start with the basic steps (which are an exercise in themselves) and then see how they evolve into the different dances. Yolanda is great at not only breaking the steps down but also seeing exactly which part of your body isn't quite right. She has tips about partnering, so you can further refine your dancing once you know the basics.

Designed to give you the basis and confidence to go out on the town.
