Parents and guardians learn how to begin their own troop, and girls enjoy three weeks of Girl Scouting activities, Wednesday, Sept. 4 through 18, at Lutheran Church of the Foothills, 5102 N. Craycroft Road; Thursday, Sept. 5 through 19, at Abounding Grace Church, 2450 S. Kolb Road, and at Wheeler Taft Abbett Library, 7800 N.
