Gentle Yoga
When: Sundays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. and Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m. Continues through Dec. 7 2020
A slow-paced class with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome. Cost is per drop-in session. In-studio sessions limited to 10 pre-registered participants.
