Tucson is blessed with its share of comic book stores and lovers, but for this religious comic-loving holiday, we're going to throw some love to our favorite place in all the land—Fantasy Comics, 2595 N. First Ave. Free Comic Book Day is Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We hear from our friends behind the counter there will be food trucks, and the Tucson Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #1 will be there doing free kiddo fingerprinting and the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona will be there with cool comic related activities. Time Champion and Eric Schock will be there doing sketches and Old Pueblo Comics with his cool stuffs. Comics are cool people—let's celebrate. For more info, go to the Fantasy's event page.
