    Wednesdays, 7-8 p.m.

    Strong Butt! | Fitness Class

    Thursdays, 5:45-6:45 p.m.


    Every body (& every booty) wants to do this class. It's a low-impact mat class chock full of exercises to strengthen your gluteal muscles, hamstrings, and lower back. 520-333-5905

    Thursdays, 7-8 p.m.


    Femme is a dance choreogrpahy class for all bodies. We'll dance hard and learn new choreography every week, learn to connect with your fierce femme side. Ages 16+. 520-333-5905

    Fridays, 7-8 p.m.


    Bachata is a popular social dance from Domincan Repulic. This is a street-style class, we learn fun basic steps as a group. Ends with some partner work, no partner necessary. 520-333-5905

    All Bodies Rise Yoga

    Saturdays, 10-11:15 a.m.


    All Bodies Rise is a gentle and restorative yoga class. Focus on body-positivity, self-care, and social justice. Great for all levels and abilities. 520-333-5905

    DO(OM) Yoga

    Yoga For Humanitarian Aid

    Sundays, 10-11 a.m.


    This is a donation-based yoga class that benefits humanitarian aid groups in Arizona. All proceeds go to a designated non-profit group each month. Hatha-style yoga, suitable for all student levels. 520-333-5905
