    Mondays-Thursdays, 5-5:30 p.m.

    Total Bod fitness class

    Mondays, 5:45-6:45 p.m.


    Total Bod will increase your flexibility & strength. It's low-impact, yet intense with exercises using your bodyweight on a yoga mat. The bumpin' playlist will keep you psyched. 520-333-5905

    H.I.I.T. workout class

    Tuesdays, Fridays, 7-8 a.m.


    Beginning High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class. Strength workout with a circuit of bodyweight exercises set up around the room. Go at your own pace with instructor guidance. 520-333-5905
