    Mondays-Thursdays, 5-5:30 p.m.

    H.I.I.T. workout class

    Tuesdays, Fridays, 7-8 a.m.


    Beginning High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class. Strength workout with a circuit of bodyweight exercises set up around the room. Go at your own pace with instructor guidance. 520-333-5905

    Burlesque Fitness Class

    Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45 p.m.
