    Thursdays, 7-8 p.m.


    Femme is a dance choreogrpahy class for all bodies. We'll dance hard and learn new choreography every week, learn to connect with your fierce femme side. Ages 16+. 520-333-5905

    H.I.I.T. workout class

    Tuesdays, Fridays, 7-8 a.m.


    Beginning High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) class. Strength workout with a circuit of bodyweight exercises set up around the room. Go at your own pace with instructor guidance. 520-333-5905

    Dance Bachata - group class

    Fridays, 7-8 p.m.


    Bachata is a popular social dance from Domincan Repulic. This is a street-style class, we learn fun basic steps as a group. Ends with some partner work, no partner necessary. 520-333-5905
