Finally Here

Two things worth noting:

• At long last, brand-new music Web site--is up, running and mostly functional. Be sure to go there, check it out and create your own account. As always, give me a holler via e-mail if you have any questions, suggestions or problems.

• Also at long last, the Arizona presidential primary will arrive before our next issue hits the streets, so that means that this week, we're announcing the winners of Project White House, the contest masterminded by Jim Nintzel to determine who would get our presidential-primary endorsement. Read all about that on Page 18.

In related news, a gentleman (and I use that term very loosely) called last week to complain about Project White House. He felt that by encouraging people to run for president as part of Project White House, we were "confusing" voters. (Personally, I don't think you should vote if you can't distinguish the name of your chosen candidate from the other 23 on the ballot. But that's just me.)

Anyway, he asked what our goal was with Project White House, and I tried to explain it to him. He apparently didn't like my explanation; he told me to eff off and then hung up.

Also, if you haven't had a chance to check out the official Project White House debate, I recommend tuning into Access Tucson or heading over to the Project White House YouTube channel to do so. It's one of the most ... interesting hours of TV you'll ever see. Further details on the debate can also be found in this issue.
