If your idea of a great Italian restaurant is red sauce, crusty bread, a mixed-green salad and a glass of Chianti, here's your place. Dolce Vita is a throwback to the times when servers knew your name and what you were going to order even before you sat down. The list of pastas will please any craving and the entrees include meats cooked ala Parmigiana, Marsala, piccata and Florentine. We especially enjoyed the calamari served with both marinara sauce and lemon. Pizza here is also a winner - soft, fluffy dough and plenty of topping to choose from. And if there's room for dessert, order the house-made tiramisu. (6-12-14)
