Desert harvesters is looking for volunteer cooks interested in learning more about cooking with mesquite, prickly pear, and other desert wild-foods. Volunteers cook and review recipes at home for our upcoming desert wild-foods cookbook. We provide easy instructions, some desert ingredients, and answers to your questions.
