Diablo Burger is local through and through. The owners of the original Diablo Burger in Flagstaff, AZ have opened up a second location in our ever-expanding downtown. The burgers are deliciously dense and juicy, as long as you abide by the strongly suggested house rules and order them medium rare. The ingredients are all locally sourced and tend toward the sustainable model, which makes the burger even more delicious. However, it all pales in comparison to the crispy perfection of the heavenly French fries.(8-8-13)
