D-S Rescue Grand Opening
D-S Rescue, a nonprofit that takes in and cares for local needy animals, will have a grand opening from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 15. Adoptable pets, refreshments and raffle drawings will be offered. Programs at D-S include animal-care classes, a petting zoo, horsemanship riding lessons and temporary boarding.
