An art party featuring performances by Batucaxé, Ensphere, Tom Walbank and the Ambassadors, PLOY, Mr. Free and others takes place from 7 p.m. to midnight, Friday, Aug. 21. The event is preceded by a procession that leaves Winsett Park (Fourth Avenue and Eighth Street) at 6:30 p.m., ending at the Rialto Theatre. $10 to $25 suggested donation.
