Re: “The City Of Tucson Makes a Statement

As long as everything and everyone is LEGAL, i have no problem with this. My father-in-law came here from Sonora LEGALLY and became a U.S. Citizen. I also have no problem with "mass deportation" of CRIMINALS. If local law enforcement gets in the way of or impedes bonifide Federal criminal investigation and enforcement...THAT I have a problem with.

Re: “Noise Annoys

Hey, Joshua...a "50s Western" would be cowboy music, like Rex Allen and Roy Rogers. The music that may have "influenced" Gabe Sullivan and Howe Gelb and others is more likely the Ennio Moricone soundtracks of Sergio Leone's "spagheti westerns" of the late 60s-early 70s. The ones that did so well with Clint Eastwood.

Re: “Criminalizing Student Behavior, South Carolina Edition

Not gonna learn much if you're texting instead of listening. All cell phones and other electronic devices should be checked at the door. School children survived without them until the end of the 20th century. They should be able to now.

Re: “Media Watch

Remember when Power 97.5 was a smooth jazz station. It was known as 97-5 The Oasis. The call letters were KOAZ. Then there was "Bob FM." Great NOT to be in radio any longer.
