Club CrawlTM Craziness

If you're a music fan who is not planning on being downtown this Saturday night, then, boy, are you a real dumbass.

Spring Club CrawlTM is going to be happening all over the place. We're estimating 10,000 or so folks will be on and around Congress Street for our twice-a-year music festival. If you have not already, I strongly recommend you head on down to CD City to get your wristband, which gives you admission to all Crawl events. It'll cost you a mere $8. If you can't make it down to CD City, you can still presumably get wristbands downtown the night of the event (that's April 16 for you calendar nerds) for a couple more bucks, but be warned: Last fall, we sold out.

If you see me down there, feel free to say hello. For now, you can read all about this year's amazing, all-local lineup of bands and goings-on. There's an eight-page pullout section--including the TAMMIES readers' choice ballot--in the print edition.

In other voting news ... it's Best of TucsonTM balloting time again! We ask that between now and the start of June, you take the time to fill out a ballot--from either the pages of the Weekly, or at our Web site, tucsonweekly.com. We thank you in advance for voting, and encourage you to vote early, but for the love of all that's holy, do NOT vote often. One vote per person, please.

So, you have your assignments. Get your Club CrawlTM wristbands! Vote in the TAMMIES and Best of TucsonTM! Get to it!
