GUV TO BE. Who will it be? The Goldwater Institute and the Tucson Citizen host a forum for the final four gubernatorial candidates on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Promising to show up are Libertarian Barry Hess, Independent Richard Mahoney, Democrat Janet Napolitano and Republican Matt Salmon. The forum is organized around audience questions as well as questions from press panelists.

WHICH WAY THE WATER GOES. Join the Water Conservation Alliance of Southern Arizona for its fifth anniversary with a ConFab on Tuesday. Topics include the future directions of water conservation, related research needs and regulation of water usage. Exhibitors include the Central Arizona Project, Project WET for teachers and UA Water Resources Research Center. The ConFab is held at the Inn Suites in downtown Tucson.
