Call for Visions for Tucson's Future

When: July 18-Aug. 1 2011
Fifteen armchair visionaries will be chosen to give five-minute, 20-image presentations about creative ideas for Tucson in the next century and beyond. The emphasis is more on creativity than practicality! Dinnerware ArtSpace and Tucson's Birthday host the event. Preference is given to visions with a scientific, technical or cultural theme. Dinnerware can help with graphics. Presentations are shown following an "heirloom" potluck supper (bring a family recipe or other favorite dish from your past) at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 1, to kick off Tucson's Birthday month. E-mail to submit a proposal for your presentation, or visit ignite for more information on the presentations. Visit for more information about the month-long Tucson's Birthday celebration.
