These cuts have hurt a lot of people not just the poor. It hurts children who have developmental delays who need therapy to over come their delays. My daughter has apraxia, sensory processing disorder, a Movement disorder, and dyslexia. She qualified for the DDD program. Which was cut and she no longer was able to receive services. I was told she wouldn't be eligible for therapy. The therapy she has to have. So now we pay a 1000.00 dollars a Month after My insurance. The worst thing is insurance doesn't consider therapy Medical so we will have to pay it even though we have satisfied our deductible.
