There’s something weirdly satisfying about tearing into a juicy, sauce-soaked wing like some sort of caveman. Maybe it’s because they look so small in our meat-hooks that we imagine ourselves transformed into giants and we believe the rest of the world is filled with munchkins who will soon bow before us. There’s nowhere we feel more like commanding our minions than at Wings Over Broadway, which slings wings drenched in nearly any sauce you can imagine.
