Cafe Poca Cosa

Café Poca Cosa is to taste what Disney's Fantasia is to sight and sound. Unique, entertaining and highly innovative, Poca Cosa has set the standard for nouvelle Mexican, much as Fantasia did for animation. The menu changes daily with beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian choices dressed in bright, flavorful sauces. Main dishes are supplemented by ultra-fresh salads. Rich moles are the specialty, augmented by a variety of exotic ingredients, but don't ignore the delicious tomatillo and chili-based masterpieces. The entrées can be as subtle as Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor, as delightfully mysterious as a Night on Bald Mountain, earthy as Beethoven's Pastoral or as bold and primal as the Rite of Spring. Like the movies, a meal at Poca Cosa gives us new ways to explore what we thought we knew.
