It seems like Tucson has more tattoo parlors, per capita, than any other place in the Southwest. Enchanted Dragon stands out as a leader of the pack; it began sticking hot needles in people in 1984, the same year the Weekly was founded. (Coincidence?) By drawing (no pun intended) such a high caliber of artists with impeccable attention to detail, and by establishing itself through several locations, Enchanted Dragon has quite simply became a name you can trust—an especially valuable commodity for those tattoo virgins looking to break their ink cherry.
