Unless you have a 1,600-degree broiler oven in your home kitchen, you can't quite mimic the absolute perfection of the steaks at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. In classic steakhouse style, everything is served à la carte, so be prepared to leave very, very full (although your wallet won't be so full). Everything about Fleming's is steakhouse perfection, from the French onion soup and wedge salad to the creamed spinach. They also cater to the non-steak-lovers with a nice selection of lamb, pork, chicken, fish and shellfish, all expertly prepared. Fleming's has a creative burger list, featuring a crab-cake burger, an ahi burger and, of course, a classic burger, among others.
