The All Souls Procession is a melancholic and colorful time for the Old Pueblo. It's tens of thousands of hearts celebrating life and honoring the loved ones who have passed. A two-mile walk under the dark sky of downtown Tucson with mobile altars, performers and breathing art. The final destination involves the burning of a gigantic urn that we fill up with prayers, wishes and offerings—a ritual that runs thick through our veins.
