With the wide variety of well-crafted cocktails available in Tucson, especially downtown, picking a favorite isn't the easiest task, especially considering there's so much personal preference involved, but you wouldn't go wrong with the Ghost Orchid (which might be inspired by the film "Adaptation" or more likely, the flower) at Congress. It does have a flower delicately placed on the rim of the glass, so consider that fact while ordering, but the combination of citrus, ginger and peach flavors is perfectly mixed and perfect for a relaxing hour on the Congress patio.
