So how does a restaurant in a desert town offer up superb seafood? We don't know, but we are delighted that Kingfisher Bar and Grill does. The menu includes New England clam chowder, pan-seared shrimp cakes, steamed littleneck clams, steamed black mussels, fried squid and baked oysters Rockefeller—and those are just some of the appetizers! Fresh oysters are always available, and those with hearty appetites will delight in the pan-seared ahi tuna. Complement the meal with a fine wine, or have a cocktail from the cozy bar. No need to rush; Kingfisher is open until midnight.
