Guadalajara is an Old Pueblo favorite for a few reasons—their live mariachi music, vibrant decorations and house-made tortillas. But, mostly, we love their tableside salsa service. Seriously—when a server pushes a cart bearing salsa-makings and a giant clay bowl toward your table, you know it's about to get real. Fresh, perfectly spiced and seasoned salsa + a never-ending supply of chips + cotija-sprinkled guacamole (more on that later) = culinary perfection. Actively trying not to eat your body weight in chips and salsa is a struggle.
