Though there's now 49 locations throughout 20 states, the original Buffalo Exchange is right here in Tucson, and is still run by the original founder and her daughter. It's resale clothing without as much work: you don't have to dig through every rack in the store to find one gem at that intersection of cute and affordable, because–thanks to the store policy of only accepting quality, fashionable clothing–there are gems everywhere you look. They also give back to the community with donations like their Buffalo Exchange Arts Award to honor emerging artists, educators and advocates.
