Despite what you may think from time to time, romance isn't dead. The first step in finding it: leaving the house. Head toward the Sam Hughes Neighborhood and the low lights outside the Arizona Inn. Once inside, search out the Audubon Bar, which takes you into a Casablanca-inspired nightspot--complete with a guy playing the piano. This is a great date-night spot with a friendly staff. And while the drinks are good, the Audubon Bar has a great food menu that ranges from $10 or so for appetizers to $40 for full entrées. Suggestion: Get a couple of drinks, a cheese plate, some olives or some grilled shrimp ... and then, you know, take your willing date home.
