There's something super helpful about having a chain like Sprouts in town. Think about what it was like a decade or so ago trying to find organic produce, for example. Maybe the big chain grocery store had a few options, but the prices or quality weren't there. There were some boutique type stores, but they probably weren't down the street and then as well, the prices were probably somewhat prohibitive for everyday purchases. Sprouts has locations spread across town and there's always some solid affordable options at prices that aren't that far off from their non-organic options. Progress, sometimes, is a good thing.
