Best Name for a Trailer Park

Noblesse Oblige Mobile Home Estates

Staff Pick

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines noblesse oblige as "the obligation of honorable, generous and responsible behavior associated with high rank or birth." Using a term linked to the Old World's landed aristocracy was a stroke of genius for a trailer park on this side of the pond. It conjures images of lords and ladies holding court in palatial estates (on wheels), while serfs work the surrounding fields. From time to time, we envision these nobles, dressed in purple silk and shining armor, riding across their moats to offer free amputations for peasants stricken with gangrene. God save Noblesse Oblige Mobile Home Estates--and God save the Queen!
