The Loft just gets better and better. The nonprofit theater hosts the expected first-run, foreign, indie and art-house offerings, but you can also catch classic films, midnight movies, sold-out sing-alongs (
Grease!
Purple Rain!), film contests and premieres. Tucson's local film community owes a debt of gratitude to the Loft for its relentless support of homegrown talent through events like the First Friday Shorts film contest, and we all appreciate the biggest screen in Southern Arizona, the comfy couches in the small theater upstairs and the impressive selection of beer and wine.
