STAFF PICK: Mike Rapp, former morning rocker on KLPX 96.1, has taken an iffy proposition--a morning drive-time talk show--and run with it. Rapp deftly juggles callers, guests, and his own monologues to fashion a heady stew of timely topics and lively conversation. Sometimes infuriating but often compelling, Rapp's show can certainly keep one's mind off the grind of the morning commute, and it has only slightly more talk than you'll hear on the so-called "music" stations in the morning.
