As a former model and designer, chef/owner Suzana Davila understands the fusion of fashion and food. She has created a trendy, low-key, upscale dining environment where you'll feel as comfortable showing up in a '60s-style business suit with a skinny tie—or perhaps an Audrey Hepburn-inspired dress—as you would wearing shorts and a polo shirt. All the while, you'll be classing up what would otherwise be a space in a non-descript parking garage downtown. And to critics who say that the constantly changing menu is not traditional enough: All of the ingredients—especially the multitude of moles—are authentic Old Mexico. They're just dressed up a bit.
